Who provides Formz
Formz is a document-generation service offered by DevCreate Studio LLC. Our public business name is Formz Docs.
These terms apply to formzdocs.com, its free tools and paid document-generation service. Before purchasing, read these terms, the Refunds & cancellation policy and the Privacy Policy. Our support mailing address and contact details are on the Contact page.
What you buy
Formz helps you enter information, review a real watermarked preview and purchase the supported PDF shown in your order. Tax forms use supplied facts, elections and prepared figures. Paystubs use supplied payroll records and calculations within the stated supported scope.
Formz is not affiliated with the IRS or another government agency. We do not file or deliver government forms for you, verify employment or income, issue taxpayer identifiers, provide tax/legal advice, or transfer payroll funds. Many blank official forms are available free from their agency; your payment is for the Formz preparation and PDF workflow, not a government fee.
Your information and review
Use accurate records that you have permission to process. If you prepare a document for someone else, obtain the authority needed to use their information. You must be able to enter into the purchase and authorize its payment.
Check names, identifiers, amounts, dates, the selected edition, all PDF pages and any required signatures or attachments before paying and before using the document. Follow the official instructions for the relevant year. An available edition or passing field validation does not establish tax eligibility, legal classification, recipient acceptance or compliance with every filing rule.
Do not use Formz to fabricate income, employment, identity, payments or eligibility, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or interfere with the service. A paystub is a record of supplied information; it is not independent proof that earnings were paid.
Pricing and checkout
New orders cost $8.99 USD per document or paystub statement. A batch is charged per statement; included layouts and optional deposit slips do not add a separate fee. There is no account requirement or subscription.
Review the exact server-quoted order total before authorizing payment. An existing order keeps its stored quote, including an earlier price. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page, not in the document editor. A payment confirmation is required to unlock the purchased PDF; returning to Formz from checkout by itself is not proof of payment.
Digital delivery and recovery
Delivery is electronic. After the service confirms payment, you can download the PDF from your order page. A receipt and private recovery link are sent to the email supplied at live checkout; the completed PDF is not attached. Keep that link private and keep your own copy of the downloaded document.
If confirmation, email or download does not work, use the order page’s available recovery controls or contact support. Email delivery and bank processing can be delayed. Your order page and recovery link work for 90 days after payment. The stored PDF and answers are then deleted, so save your own copy; a full refund also ends download access for that order. Formz has no always-available service promise; order retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Corrections and refunds
You can edit and review before purchase. A corrected copy after purchase normally starts a new order with its own quoted price. A defect caused by Formz, a duplicate charge or a paid document that cannot be delivered is handled under our Refunds & cancellation policy. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Free tools and guidance
Free calculators and guides explain their assumptions and supported inputs. Their results depend on the information and options you choose. They do not determine tax liability, employee classification, benefits, eligibility or the truth of income records. Official source links and a qualified adviser can help with decisions outside the published scope.
Service and terms changes
We may update supported forms, tools, prices and these terms. The effective date identifies this version; a later website price does not rewrite a previously stored order quote. Changes do not remove rights you already have for an existing purchase. We may restrict misuse or pause new checkout when necessary to protect the service and existing orders.
Questions about these terms
For order, billing or privacy questions, email hello@formzdocs.com. Include an order ID when relevant. Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identifiers, completed tax/payroll PDFs, card details or private download links in ordinary email.
These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
